The reception team was so attentive (they even remembered my name!). i was always greeted warmly, and. my room was clean. I noticed housekeeping paid great attention to detail. the location was perfect. I could easily walk to many major sites and transportation.

the gym is quite small. it could use some updating.

the location worked wonders for access to key attractions. i walked to the hagia sophia in about ten minutes (it was great for a morning visit!).

The gym is a little small. It only had two treadmills.

The staff found a taxi very quickly for me. the room featured comfortable beds and nice decorations. the hotel location is great. It is easy to reach many destinations from there.

i noticed noise from the trams because my room faced the main road. i think it is better to request a room far from the main road to minimize this issue.

decent location, room for improvement

noisy streetmandatory cap

the location WAS pretty good and the staff helpful. however, the room i got faced a VERY noisy street, the trams ran all night long. it was hard to sleep, and i had my small child with me. also, i did not like that i had to wear a swim cap in the spa pool. they don't even give it to you, you HAVE to buy it.
